Master of Policy Administration (MPA)

The Master of Policy Administration (MPA) program aims to empower senior managers and experts in public administration with the skills needed for effective policy planning and legislation. This course focuses on strengthening the ability to apply executive policies and management laws and provides the latest methods for policy implementation in government and executive bodies.

Course Objectives:

8. Risk Management in Policy Planning (20 hours)
9. Leadership Decision-Making in Executive Systems (20 hours)
10. Seminar and Exchange of Experiences in Policy Implementation (40 hours)

12. Final Project
